Todd Wilson is the Licensed General Contractor and Senior Project Manager for Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company and its affiliate, J&W Construction and Design. ​​Highly respected within the industry as a master among craftsmen in the truest sense. A Charleston native, Todd developed a love for hands-on work at the early age 14, inspired by his father, a skilled carpenter.
With a broad range of construction experience, Todd has an expert eye for spotting unrealized potential in buildings, a talent that has driven his successful career in various construction and development projects. He holds a particular reverence for historic structures and the unique narratives they embody. As the company’s lead contractor and project manager, Todd oversees client relationships and business development, where his communication skills, approachable nature and passion for building shine.
Throughout his career, Todd has actively participated in investment and co-investment ventures with other developers, completing numerous fix-and-flip projects marked by a cost-efficient, hands-on approach with strong leadership skills. His expertise spans historic restorations, renovations, townhome developments, and luxury single-family homes. His excellence in the field has earned him national recognition, notably being named to Pro Remodeler Magazine’s prestigious 40 Under 40.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys building custom furniture and exploring the outdoors through hunting and fishing. He also finds time for golf and enjoys the companionship of his loyal dog.
