Charleston is a city of exquisite complexity. Charleston is our passion. This area has limitless culture and adventure for everyone. There are countless historic sites, including famous plantations such as Middleton Place, Drayton Hall, Boone Hall Plantation, and Magnolia Gardens. If historic Charleston doesn’t excite you with the renovated estate homes, churches, and a new marketplace, maybe standing on the battlefields of the South in such places as the Charleston Battery, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie, or the USS Yorktown will spark some interest. The Charleston area has three county parks. James Island, Mt. Pleasant, and Wannamaker County Park in North Charleston, all with seasonal water parks for family fun. You may also enjoy fun in the sun on one of our numerous beaches! All year round we have festivals and farmers markets which bring people to the Lowcountry for events such as the Spoleto festival and Flowertown Festival. If sports is what you crave then Charleston has Stingrays Hockey, Charleston RiverDogs baseball, and the Charleston Battery Soccer Team. There is something for everyone in this “Historical and Holy” City!
