Hope for Homes, the nonprofit arm of Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company, has unveiled plans for a new tiny home community to address affordable housing shortages in the Carolinas.
The initiative, backed by a $995,500 budget, will feature homes ranging from 500 to 800 square feet with modern amenities and community-focused features such as spacious porches. Future homeowners will participate through sweat equity and manageable mortgage payments, supported by financial education programs.
