Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company in Summerville has unveiled its new global division, J&Worldwide, and an affiliation with the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). The expansion aims to increase the firm’s international real estate market presence.
J&Worldwide will provide global property services, including international property listings, consultancy and relocation assistance. It also offers access to more than 1,500 U.S. websites and an International MLS, ensuring marketing and exposure for residential and commercial properties. The division will facilitate EB-5 investment opportunities for U.S. immigrant investors and enable secure cryptocurrency transactions via BitPay.
