Why don’t we use the word “coaching” for every person?
Each person has different personality traits that “coaching” may not work for, but “teaching” or “consulting” may be exactly what they need. Accountability works for some, while training and consulting may work for others. Role playing scenarios work for some while others will regress. Many coaching programs will require that you agree to being “coachable”. We instead believe that every person can receive coaching, consulting, trainings or teachings but it must be directed to their personality type matched with their own motivation, goals, DISC and enneagram. Tiffany’s real estate success as the top 1% in the country combined with an education & volunteer experience in Psychology, a state certified mediator and as Guardian ad litem make her an ideal choice for taking your personal life and business to the next level.
DISCOVERY SESSIONS
The style of coaching that is conducted throughout the term is based upon the initial discovery and evaluations conducted in the following steps. These steps below are conducted during the first 2 weeks working together. Some may take the following tools and actions and decide they have received enough direction and guidance to proceed to further development themselves without the need for monthly coaching, teachings or consulting. Others will learn alot about themselves and have the desire to go deeper each month in their personal and professional growth.

Initial Investment – $995
Tiffany’s Tier 1 – Foundations Coaching
Investment – $995 per month payable in advance
This level of coaching is designed for agents or teams making between zero per year and $100,000 a year.

- Access to systems, processes and teachings belonging to Tiffany’s Teachings and Tiffany Johnson-Wilson
- One personalized coaching call per week
- All initial assessments, evaluations and reports
Tiffany’s Tier 2 – A Step Above Coaching
Investment – $1,995 per month payable in advance
This level of coaching is designed for agents and teams making between $100,000 a year and $300,000 a year and that has been in the business atleast 3 years.
Benefits:
- Unlimited exclusive direct to Tiffany with a separate email and text for a same day response
- Access to systems, processes, teachings, trademarks and copyrights belonging to Tiffany’s Teachings, Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company and Tiffany Johnson-Wilson
- One personalized coaching call per week
- Access to the one group coaching call each week for coaching clients only
Tiffany’s Tier 3 – Advanced Coaching
Investment – $2,995 per month payable in advance
This level of coaching is designed for agents with a team, brokers and owners.
- Unlimited exclusive direct to Tiffany and her specialized team with a separate email and text for a same day response
- Access to systems, processes, teachings, trademarks and copyrights belonging to Tiffany’s Teachings, Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company and Tiffany Johnson-Wilson
- One personalized coaching call per week with the broker, owner or team lead
- One personalized coaching call every 2 weeks with the staff or team of the agent, broker or brokerage
- All initial assessments, evaluations and reports of yourself and leadership team up to 3
*All agreements are on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time.
