The assigned relocation counselor will review the available benefits and complete a comprehensive needs assessment. The counselor coordinates each benefit or service as the assignee’s advocate – setting appointments, confirming status updates, and providing timely updates on each service. The counselor will collect information on the assignee’s needs, address timelines, and will work proactively to ensure a smooth relocation.
Tax Service
Johnson & Wilson has the ability to make foreign tax payments, tax preparation and track tax credits through our in-house accounting partners.
Immigration Service
Johnson & Wilson can assist with visa and immigration applications that will be submitted by an external immigration partner. We track and coordinate the progress throughout.
Culture & Language Training
Depending on your company and assignee needs, we can help assignees with language and cultural training. We can match them with a vendor who can work face-to-face or virtually and can even set up training with someone who specializes in working with children. Each student will be given an assessment and will work with the instructor to create a customized program with goals to help them be successful with the new language and culture.

We will work with the employee to sell their home, help them understand their benefits, and collect the needed documentation to process the reimbursement no matter where they are in the World. Area Tours, Virtual Programs & Pre-Decision Trips
We can assist in completing an in person or virtual pre-decision trip and area tour to see if the international move is the right choice for the employee and company. This includes an initial goal review and needs assessment to help advise on questions and concerns from the very beginning to ensure the merit of the relocation. We will address schools, communities, weather and so much more prior to beginning the housing search. It is critical that the employee understands the relocation program benefits, the estimated value of their current home and/or a sense of the cost and the community of the new location.
