The Charleston Area Transportation Authority (CARTA) board will move forward with the North Charleston Intermodal Transportation Facility, according to the Charleston Regional Business Journal. 

"The 2014 home buying season got off to a good start with a year-over-year increase in inventory and sustained growth in home prices," says Realtor.com. The site says that nasty winter weather didn't keep home shoppers down.
