Christina Sineath serves as Executive Vice President of Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage ownership, management and agent development. Her background spans residential, commercial, land, investment and new construction real estate, allowing her to serve clients with a broad understanding of the market and the opportunities available to them.
Throughout her career, Christina has been a real estate producer, business owner and brokerage leader. She has founded and operated her own brokerage, served as Broker-in-Charge for multiple organizations and contributed to numerous real estate committees and boards of directors. Her leadership experience includes several years with Carolina One Real Estate, where she helped establish its commercial division, and most recently with NextHome The Agency Group, where she also served as Broker-in-Charge.
Christina’s passion for real estate extends beyond individual transactions. She has dedicated much of her career to recruiting, training and mentoring agents, helping professionals develop their skills and build lasting businesses. Having worked as both an agent and a brokerage owner, she understands the challenges of the industry and the importance of thoughtful leadership, practical support and strong relationships.
As Executive Vice President, Christina works closely with founder Tiffany Johnson-Wilson and the Johnson & Wilson leadership team to support the company’s continued growth, agent development and expansion. She brings an experienced perspective to strengthening brokerage operations and creating an environment where agents have the guidance and resources to serve their clients well.
Alongside her leadership role, Christina continues actively selling real estate and working directly with buyers, sellers and investors. Whether guiding a residential move or assisting with a commercial, land or investment property, she offers personal attention and knowledgeable guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Her commitment to service and professional development carries through every aspect of her work at Johnson & Wilson.
