Can I buy my next home before I sell my current one?
Yes. With Buy Before You Sell you make a fully pre-approved, non-contingent offer on your next home, the program covers your old mortgage until that home sells, and up to $25,000 in prep costs on the home you’re leaving is covered upfront.
Can I sell a home that needs repairs without paying upfront?
Yes. With Renovate & Resale, J&W Construction & Design handles everything from minor repairs to major remodeling, and you pay one invoice out of your proceeds at the closing table.
Can I buy a home while I’m still in a lease?
Yes. Our Lease Buyout Program negotiates the buyout with your landlord based on your current lease terms and applies a portion of our commission toward it.
What if the home I want needs updates I can’t fund at closing?
Reverse Renovate lets you close with conventional financing, then access up to $100,000 for improvements by J&W Construction & Design, 12 months same as cash. There is a $295 application fee and an $895 origination fee at closing.
Do you offer incentives for teachers, first responders and military?
Yes. Through Hometown Heroes, teachers, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, active duty service members and veterans receive a monetary incentive tied to the sale price.
